Dwayne has lived in Penn Township for over 18 years and is the father of two Avon Grove Charter School graduates. Active in the local community, Dwayne serves as President of the Avon Grove Charter School board, President of his homeowners association and is an active member of the Avon Grove Lions Club. Now more than ever, he believes leaders from both sides of the aisle must be represented at the minimalist level, working together to achieve a common purpose for the best interest of our community. Based on his previous board experience, Dwayne is confident that he will apply a thoughtful, balanced approach to every decision made regarding our flourishing township.
