These municipalities are: East Nottingham (Township), Elk (Township), Franklin (Township), Highland (Township), London Britain (Township), London Grove (Township), Londonderry (Township), Lower Oxford (Township), New London (Township), Oxford (Borough), Penn (Township), Upper Oxford (Township), West Fallowfield (Township), West Grove (Borough), West Nottingham (Township).
